TU 413 - Pulley block

INTENDED USE​

Wiulley block TU 413 can be used for tree climbing (sectional tree felling) and load transporting. The device is designed° to lift and descend loads. It is not designed for use as personal fall protection equipment.

DESIGN​
The TU 413 pulley block set comprises the following elements: a) upper rope pulley with two wheels b) lower rope pulley with one wheel c) connector for connecting the work rope end to the lower pulley d) work rope​
 

USED MATERIALS
Both (upper and lower) pulleys comprise wheels made of plastic - radilon (set on ball bearings, enabling free wheel motion under load) connected to galvanized steel plates. Axles and fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers) are made of galvanized steel. Each pulley is provided with a swivel eye made of aluminium alloy. The eye on the upper pulley can be additionally rotated against the pulley block body.

WORK ROPE LENGTH RANGE
Along with the reduction in force required to lift or descend a load, the rope length “S” required to lift the load for height “H” increases three times. Example: if you want to lift a load° at height H = 3m, from the pulley, pull away the rope length S = 3 * H = 3 * 3m = 9m. Take this into account when choosing the required rope length. The pulley block can be used only with textile rope, max. diameter ø 12mm.
